Give the real deadline

State when the item must be collected, when it must arrive and what happens if the deadline is missed. A precise deadline allows flight options, airport handling, customs presentation and final-mile delivery to be assessed together.

Describe the item completely

Provide the goods description, quantity, value, dimensions, weight, battery or hazardous-content status and any temperature or security requirements. Time-critical does not mean information-light; incomplete facts make feasibility harder to confirm.

Prepare contacts and documents

Identify a collection contact, destination contact and decision-maker who can respond throughout the journey. Prepare the invoice, packing list, permits, licences and recipient instructions before the courier reaches the airport.

This article provides general information only. Actual requirements, feasibility, timing and service scope depend on the goods, documents, route, authorities, carriers and current official guidance.
